This rare meteorite was found in 2020 on the Tibetan plateau near the Gyarub Zangbo River. Unlike most pallasites, it has a different chemical and isotopic composition - it comes from a different type of parent body than all known pallasites. It is interesting for its olivine crystals embedded in a metallic matrix, but also for its scientific uniqueness.
