Ukn Lee (1975, South Korea) combines Eastern traditions with contemporary modes of
expression. His paintings are characterized by clear color fields, soft transitions, and a
reduced visual language reminiscent of East Asian ink painting. At the same time, he
incorporates Western abstraction. His works radiate calm and depth, serving as visual
sanctuaries.
